Course Disclaimer & Terms of Use

Last updated: October of 2025

1. Educational Purpose Only

All Somatic Cat programs, workshops, and courses — including The Feminine Reset, The Self-Love Affair, The Mini Reset, and related materials — are offered for educational and informational purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic care. Nothing shared in sessions, recordings, or written materials should be taken as medical advice, mental-health diagnosis, or treatment.

If you are currently under the care of a physician, therapist, or other healthcare professional, please consult them before beginning any new embodiment or somatic practice.

2. No Professional Relationship

Enrollment in any course or participation in group or 1:1 sessions does not create a therapist–client or medical–patient relationship. You remain solely responsible for your own physical, mental, and emotional well-being throughout the program.

3. Personal Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

By participating, you acknowledge that somatic and movement practices can sometimes bring up strong physical or emotional sensations.
You agree to move at your own pace, to listen to your body, and to take full responsibility for your participation and results.
You release and hold harmless Catherine Celeste Boyko (DBA Somatic Cat LLC), any guest facilitators, and affiliates from all claims or liabilities arising from your participation.

You are encouraged to modify or opt out of any movement, breathing, or embodiment practice that feels uncomfortable, unsafe, or not aligned with your physical condition. If you experience pain, dizziness, or emotional distress, please pause and seek professional support.

4. No Guarantees

Every individual’s results will differ. Somatic Cat LLC makes no representations or guarantees about specific outcomes, healing, or transformations. Your success depends on your own commitment, background, and participation.

5. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials

All course materials — including videos, audios, guides, and written exercises — are owned by or licensed to Somatic Cat LLC.
You receive a personal, non-transferable license for your own use only. You may not reproduce, share, sell, or distribute any portion without written consent.

6. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due in full upon registration unless otherwise stated.
Refund policies are clearly stated on each course’s checkout page. By enrolling, you agree to those terms. All payment plans must be completed even if you choose to stop participating early.

7. Access & Technology

While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that websites, course portals, or recordings will always be available or error-free.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the technology required to access course materials.

8. Privacy & Confidentiality

Anything shared within group containers will be recorded and shared in the student portal for that cohort. It will not be shared within social media, or outside of the cohort. It is considered confidential by community agreement. However, confidentiality in a group setting cannot be absolutely guaranteed.
Please use discretion in what you choose to share and respect the privacy of others.

9. Community Conduct

Somatic Cat LLC maintains a respectful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program, without refund, for disruptive, harmful, or disrespectful behavior toward facilitators or other members.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somatic Cat LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or participation in our offerings.
Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue participation.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, then through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use or participation after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Acknowledgment
